And yet, sometimes, even after we reach a goal, we let it slip away.
Maybe you finally attain a certain income level. Reach a certain fitness goal or finally achieve your ideal weight.
And then over time, you slowly re-gain those lbs, slow up on your training or clients just slip away. It can feel like you have a certain “set point” that you always revert to.
Why?
High levels of success require a consistent regimen of effective action. To stick with the program you need some guidelines on what works and what sabotages your efforts. You need to know what things are good for you and what things to avoid.
Getting started toward the goal is not the hard part for most. The tough part is staying committed to the process. So let’s gather a few resources to help you stay on track.
Consistency Builders to Indulge:
This is where you choose specific practices and develop the good habits essential to achieving the goal. Make time and space to do the things you know you must do in order to get the prize.
Log activities, record notes on your phone, take selfies of you in action to chronicle, measure or map your progress.
What’s your “WHY?” that makes the effort worthwhile and keeps your target front and center. Keep your “WHY?” close at hand so its importance is fresh in your mind.

What will it look, sound, feel, even taste or smell like? Example: Imagine the sweet taste of success untilyour mouth waters.
Let the excitement build, like looking forward to a party, birthday, Christmas, Hanukkah. You know; the closer it gets the more excited you become.
Dare the Extraordinary!
PS – Stay tuned next week for the consistency killers you must avoid.
